We don’t know what to say here. We all feel pretty helpless. The people at UNICEF seem to know how to help the kids in Ukraine, Gaza & Armenia (amongst, sadly, many other countries). Donate to UNICEF by clicking through this big box here. We’ll be updating our games this year but not much else, sorry.

Fifteens

Fifteens recipe from fancy Waitrose

This no-bake treat from Northern Ireland is simple to make and incredibly tasty. 15 digestives, 15 marshmallows and 15 glacé cherries are combined with condensed milk, rolled up, and coated in coconut. That’s it, that’s the recipe, we’re done here. Perfect for your party!

There isn’t much more to say! We love to make Fifteens – it’s a super sweet, sticky, delicious option for adults and kids to enjoy. While the recipe is fairly straightforward, you do need to plan ahead so it can chill in the fridge overnight.

Elsa grew up in Northern Ireland, so she’s well placed to tell us how to make Fifteens. This recipe includes a link to vegetarian marshmallows for anyone keen to avoid gelatin.

Waitrose take things up a notch, and veer away from tradition, with the addition of 15 dark chocolate chunks. A bold move but we think it might be worth testing.
