We don’t know what to say here. We all feel pretty helpless. The people at UNICEF seem to know how to help the kids in Ukraine, Gaza & Armenia (amongst, sadly, many other countries). Donate to UNICEF by clicking through this big box here. We’ll be updating our games this year but not much else, sorry.

Eurovision 2024 SWEEPSTAKES

Being the responsible party hosts that we are, we recognise that drinking games aren’t for everybody. So in the interests of balance, here’s a gambling game for you! Sweepstakes are a fun way to get behind a country (other than the UK of course) and root for them to do well.

ALL 37 COUNTRIES

If you’re like us and eagerly anticipate the semi-finals, we offer a sweepstakes sheet featuring all 37 competing countries!

For the final

If you’re only interested in the grand final or want an updated one for your Saturday night party, we will upload a sheet with the final 26 countries on Friday 10th May.

How to play

The rules of sweepstakes are pretty easy. Cut up the super cute sweepstakes sheet Mission Eurovision have lovingly prepared for you, and fold the pieces up so you can’t see the countries. Your guests then draw countries from a party hat until all the countries have been selected. They then become your chosen countries to support for the live final.

Traditionally, players put a mutually agreed amount of money in the kitty before the countries are picked. Whoever has chosen the country that wins then wins the money (or you could do a sliding scale of 50% for 1st place, 30% for 2nd place and 20% for 3rd).

If you don’t want to gamble, you could consider a prize for the person who picks the winning country, and a forfeit (like the washing up!) for the person who picks the country who get the fewest points.
