Raspberry Hatari
INSPIRED BY Hatari – Hatrið mun sigra (Iceland, 2019)
They say ‘hate will prevail’, and then they put two key changes in the song and that just makes us fall in love even more! Admittedly not to everyone’s taste, we loved the chuff out of Hatari in all their BDSM glory.
Based on a raspberry daiquiri this cocktail is froid et fruité, no fraud and futility here…

ingredients
- 1.5 measures white rum
- 1.5 measures raspberry liqueur
- squeeze of lime juice
- crushed ice
TO SERVE
- Coupe glass
- Raspberries to garnish
METHOD
1.
Add the ingredients to a blender

BLEND! For best results, add the ice gradually – if you add too much in one go it can get all clogged up
3.
Pour, garnish & serve
