This was an instant hit when we first tested this cocktail for the website in 2016. Anything with Pimm’s is a-ok with us.

ingredients
- 1 measure gin
- 1 measure Pimm’s No. 1
- 2 measures ginger ale
- 2 measures lemonade
TO SERVE
- Highball glass
- Cucumber wedge
- Cucumber slice garnish
METHOD
1.
Fill your glass with ice

Add all the ingredients
3.
Stir gently, garnish with cucumber, and serve
