VODKA SERDUCHKA
INSPIRED BY Verka Serduchka – Dancing Lasha Tumbai (Ukraine, 2007)
Named after one of our favourite ever Eurovision entries, this is our version of a Tequila Slammer; the Vodka Serduchka.Wearing a tin foil star hat optional, but recommended.

ingredients
- 1/2 measure vodka
- 1/2 measure champagne
TO SERVE
- Shot glass
- Big shiny star to garnish
METHOD
1.
Fill half of your shot glass with vodka
2.
Top with champagne
3.
Place your hand firmly over the top of the glass and raise it in the air
4.
Shout “Eins! Zwei! Drei!” On ‘drei’ slam (gently) the shot glass down on the table/counter so that the champagne fizzes, and down the drink
5.
Find Eurovision 2007 on YouTube and watch it in all its majesty, it really was a good year
