We love Verka so much we made two drinks in her honour, and this Virgin Serduchka is our no alcohol option! Tasty lime and soda topped off with a big shiny silver star, perfect for your Eurovision party.

- 1 measure lime juice or cordial
- Soda water
TO SERVE
- Tumbler glass (or silly novelty glass)
- Big shiny star to garnish
METHOD

Unless you’re using a really impractical yet beautiful heart shaped cocktail glass like us, fill your glass with ice

Add the lime and top with soda

Stir and serve
