Isbjörn eller Blue Lagoon (Swedish Polar Bear)
The Isbjörn eller Blue Lagoon (which translates to ‘Polar Bear or Blue Lagoon’) is a bright coloured thirst-quencher that’s sure to impress any party guests. Served with its own mini glaciers, it’s a chilly looking drink with a warming citrusy taste.

We used Absolut vodka to make it feel more Swedish than, say, a usual Blue Lagoon. There’s not much else to it. This is just simple, fun and yummy.

ingredients
- 2 measures vodka*
- 1 measure blue curaçao**
- Lemonade / Sprite
*Use a Swedish brand like Absolut or Karlsson’s Gold
**Bols Blue Curaçao seems to be the favourite to use
TO SERVE
- Highball glass
- Ice cubes
