Deep, anise-flavoured ouzo is shaken with zingy fresh mint, sweet peach liqueur and a kick of vodka in this sophisticated Greek cocktail.

Simple to make, the Ouzotini will impress your guests. Ouzo can be quite a strong taste (or maybe it’s just because we’ve had our bottle since our friend brought it back from a family holiday in 1995) but the peach liqueur and mint leaves cut through to make this very moreish.

Ingredients
1 measure ouzo
1 measure peach liqueur
1 measure vodka
1/4 measure fresh lime juice
Small handful shredded mint leaves
To serve
Sugar-rimmed martini glass*

*Run a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass and dip it into a plate of sugar
Steps

    Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add all of the ingredients

    Shake, strain and serve
