Moustacharita
INSPIRED BY Twin Twin – Moustache (France, 2014)
You’ll be seeing double if you have too many of these! Paying homage to Twin Twin’s entry for France in 2014, Mission Eurovision brings you a classic – and damn fine – margarita recipe. This is super simple to make, and has maximum impact. Styling with moustache themed jewellery is optional!

ingredients
- 2 measures tequila
- 1 measure triple sec
- 1 measure lime juice
TO SERVE
- Coupette glass
- Sea salt on half the rim
METHOD
1.
Put ice in your glass, and set it aside to chill
2.
Place a tablespoon or so of sea salt in a blender and blitz. Tip out onto a saucer or side plate and set this to one side also
3.
Add more ice to your cocktail shaker and pour in the ingredients

SHAKE!

Tip out the ice from your glass, and moisten the rim with a lime wedge. Run half of the rim through the salt
6.
Strain and serve the Moustacharita into your glass and enjoy!
