A sophisticated pink champagne cocktail, given an extra je ne sais quoi with vodka and Cointreau.
This is fairly easy to make, and rosé champagne is readily available in the supermarkets. Make sure you leave enough room in your glass for the lemonade – if you’re using a standard jigger as your measure the recipe below will make enough for two.
This is one of Mission Eurovision’s favourites!
STRENGTH: 4/5 / SWEETNESS: 2/5 / DIFFICULTY: Easy
Add a few ice cubes to a mixing glass (or just a large glass will do) and add the vodka, Cointreau and champagne. Stir gently
Strain into your flute glass, and top up with lemonade
Serve. A votre santé!
