Description

There’s nothing like muddling your own mint to make you feel like a cocktail pro! Just the right side of sharp, this juicy little number has a refreshing zing of fresh mint which tastes delicious.

When we made this our jigger got stuck to the shaker lid (thanks cheap pound shop shaker) so we didn’t quite manage to strain all of the mint pieces out. If this happens to you, you can either use a fine sieve or suck it up, like we did!

If you don’t like super sweet drinks and prefer cocktails like a classic margarita or daiquiri you’ll fall in love with the Mint_Bot.

Steps

1
Done

Put the sugar and mint leaves into your cocktail shaker, and gently muddle. If you don't have a muddler, the handle of a wooden spoon works just as well

2
Done

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and add the rest of the ingredients

3
Done

SHAKE!

4
Done

Strain into your glass, garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve
